Kane was born on April 26 of the year 1967 in Madrid, Spain as Glenn Jacobs. His parents were members of the Air Force who were stationed in Spain. Before he became a wrestling superstar, he first attended school in Illinois at the Quincy University. In here, he developed into a basketball player prior to joining the basketball team of the Northeast Missouri State University as a scholar.
In the season of 1988 to 1989, Jacobs was an all star for the NCAA. He was most applauded as the season’s record holder for field goal percentage and a career leader as well. He was also popular for his skills as the ace player of the team.
Even though he was successful in his basketball career, he switched to football where he became an offensive lineman. Before he worked as a substitute teacher in junior high school in St. Louis, Missouri, he was a graduate of the English Bachelor’s Degree program.
On August 23 of 1995, he married Maurisa Goins. He currently has two stepdaughters whom he is taking care of with his wife. In his blog, the Adventures of Citizen X, he talks about his political principles and democratic news.
Quite obviously he is active in the scene of politics ever since the year 2008 when he campaigned for Ron Paul as the president of the United States.
